Initial Notification: Contact our assistance team within 24 hours (+995 32 2 500 001). They will direct you to an authorized provider clinic.
Self-Payment: If you pay for medical services out-of-pocket, you must submit a formal reimbursement application within 30 days of the event.
Required Documentation: Please email copies of your medical records, official payment receipts, passport, and insurance policy to assistance@benefits.ge.
Note: Prior notification to our assistance team is mandatory for all claims, even if you intend to pay upfront and seek reimbursement later.
A deductible is the fixed portion of a claim that the insured party is responsible for paying. For this policy, a deductible of 100 GEL applies to each individual case; the insurer covers all eligible costs exceeding this amount.
