"Benefits" entirely shifts its services to online assistance

Considering the recommendations of the World health organization and the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health, due to coronavirus prevention, starting from the 15th of March,  Benefits shifts its services to the online platform.

 Necessary documentation for reimbursement will be uploaded electronically or with the help of personal assistance. Documents can also be sent to Assistance@benefits.ge. Reimbursement will be non-cash biased. (via transfer, online).  The deadline for presenting medical documentation will be extended to a month. 

Personal doctors assistance scheme: 

Every client will have an opportunity to have a consultation via phone with their doctor. If one does not have a personal doctor our assistance will contact her/him with a free doctor. 

If one needs more serious medical help, an appointment will be scheduled at the hospital. 

Before scheduling an appointment, there will be a phone interview regarding a patient's situation, considering all guidelines helping to detect Covid-19. If a patient is safe, they will be sent to available locations. 

If a patient has suspicious symptoms, they will be sent to a high infection profile establishment, where they will be taken care of.
